stage 1
Great program for any fuel injected sportbike. We start by giving
the customer 4 free dynoruns, 10% discount on the pipe they
wish to choose and $30.00 to $40.00 off on the power commander.
The way we like to do this is do 1 dynorun as the bike arrives.
After a thorough warm up, we make 2 dynoruns and then remove the
bike from or specially made Dynojet dynamometer, install the pipe
and Power Commander and then put the motorcycle back on the dyno
and dyno it 2 more times for free. If more dynotime is required,
we ask the customer beforehand if it is alright to continue. Depending
on the pipe you choose depends on price.

Stage 2
We put an intake cam on the exhaust side, degree the camshafts to
a known good number, set valve lash to a number that we know makes
better power, if the customer does not own a Power Commander, we
install one at the same reduced price as stage 1 and the pipe is
also at a reduced price. Once again exact details get exact price.

Stage 3
Stage 3 is or stock bore and stroke package. We meticulously port
the cylinder head, with our ECP unique 5 Axis porting available.
Same deal on pipes and Power Commanders as above. Very detailed
dynotuning on our ultra high inertia drum. (1200 pounds of inertial
value) This makes the dynoruns longer and shows greater detail.
What looks like a down spike on the 900 pound drum looks like a
frown on our specially made Dynojet dynamometer. If you are "smiling"
you are an unhappy customer. If you are "frowning", you
are a happy customer. Prices start at $3500.00 for our Stage 3 program.
This includes the manual hand ported cylinder head, adjustable
cam sprockets, competition valve job, and full dynotuning. $4500.00
with CNC 5 axis porting done on our Bostomatic vertical millers.

Stage 4
Stage 4 is our 1397cc package. JE pistons produces pistons made
to our specifications. We have seen as high as 228. 45 RWHP with
this package. Pricing starts at $5000.00 and up. Once again exact
details gets exact price.

Stage 5
Stage 5 is our 1507cc package. We prefer to use the billet cranks
from Falicon Crankshaft Components. The +5mm stroke coupled with
the the same custom made JE pistons as our Stage 4 program results
in 255.25 RWHP. Nitrous Oxide is available for an additional cost.
Full proprietary boring is done in house and Replating by Millenium
Technologies in Wisconsin of provided. We use a proprietary
super slippery replating method that offer less friction to the
pistons and rings. Price starts at $8750.00. Once again exact details
get exact price. If the customer decides to go with a weld up stroker
crankshaft, ECP will not warranty anything on the engine.
